Clear information to confirm availability, secure the vehicle reservation and define with transparency how changes or cancellations are handled.

Payment terms

  • To confirm a transportation reservation, a 50% deposit of the total service value is required.
  • The vehicle reservation for the requested date and time is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
  • The remaining 50% may be paid on the day of the service, either before departure or at the end of the transfer.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will not require payment of the remaining balance.
  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to reserve the vehicle and block availability exclusively for your service.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged at 100% of the total reserved service value.

Changes to the reservation

Changes to the date or service time may be requested in advance and will be subject to operational availability, vehicle type and logistics already committed for the requested date.
